Great place to be either short or long-term. Simple, neat and clean, above the Market Street. Family-like accommodation in the heart of Catania and close to most visiting highlights of this beautiful city. Can only recommend. Have a look for yourself.
The location is perfect the staff is friendly, although there is some - as... If you go with luggage be prepared to the quantity of stairs since the B & B is in the last floor, the internet does not works well, very offen I had nointernet access there, the bathroom are out of the rooms. Last day they offer us a warm room about 50 degrees close to reception without air conditioning (the feeling was like in a bakery...) It was the worse night I spent in Sicily, since I could not sleep whole night, I wrote an SMS to the reception girl complayinig, but she did not answer. They should refund us for this nightmare room.
The owner is a joke. I have booked a night using Booking.com, have actually slept at the place, but had a disagreement with the host. I wanted to rate him at Booking.com to make others aware about his rude behavior, but he has just canceled my stay, stating that I have never showed up for my reservation. After this, I could not rate him, as the stay technically didn't happen. :D Booking.com is also a joke BTW, they should have not believed a word this guy was saying. So I had nothing more left other than to rate him and his place here. I would never ever go back!
