While the houses are certainly large and spacious, some of the amenities leave much to be desired. The pots and pans are ancient, and everything sticks. The toilet cistern was repaired hastily with cheap parts (I had to fix it myself twice during the week). The stove is new, but I have doubts about its reliability as it sometimes shuts off unexpectedly. Water and electricity are charged extra, and I used more water in one week than in two months at home... For me, it's simply not worth the price! For my second week, I have two charmingly furnished cottages where everything works perfectly, and for the same price. In short, if you're stuck like us, go for it, but if you have the time to look around, look elsewhere.
