Les Roches

Les Roches accommodates up to 15 people across 8 rooms, making it a suitable address for groups who want to sleep under the same roof without getting in each other's way. Located in Beaufort-sur-Doron, in the heart of the Savoyard Alps, the cottage sits within a mountain setting that works equally well in winter and summer.

For a weekend with a blended family or a group of friends, the multi-room layout does away with air mattresses and gives everyone their own space. Milestone birthdays — 40ths, 50ths, reunion gatherings — find a natural home here: enough room to come together as a large group in the evening, enough privacy for everyone to recharge at their own pace. Teams looking for an off-site setting for a seminar or team-building retreat will appreciate the distance from urban distractions and the ability to work and unwind in the same place. An intimate wedding, a civil ceremony followed by a meal with close family and friends — the cottage can accommodate these without the constraints of a traditional event venue.

The fireplace naturally becomes the evening gathering point, especially during the colder months. The dishwasher and washing machine make a genuine difference on multi-day stays: you can cook for 15 without turning the washing-up into a group chore, and you head home with clean laundry. The games available on-site come in handy on rainy evenings or during quieter moments between activities.

Beaufort-sur-Doron provides access to ski resorts in winter and hiking trails in summer, which gives the days a natural structure without the group needing to plan ahead from home.
