Les Rainats

Nestled in the heart of the Centre-Val de Loire region, the Les Rainats cottage offers a lush and peaceful setting, ideal for bringing together a large group in an unspoilt natural environment.

With a capacity of 39 people, the cottage features 9 bedrooms spread across a property designed to accommodate extended families, groups of friends, or residential seminars. The living spaces are sized to allow all guests to share communal moments without constraint: the lounge, dining room, and kitchen are all tailored to the group's scale. The arrangement of multiple-occupancy bedrooms gives each guest their own private space while preserving the convivial atmosphere typical of group accommodation.

In terms of amenities, Les Rainats offers a full level of comfort. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are the highlights of the outdoor area, complemented by a barbecue for al fresco dining. Inside, the fireplace allows guests to enjoy cool evenings in a warm atmosphere. Day-to-day living is made easier by the presence of a dishwasher and washing machine, which are particularly appreciated during longer stays. Games are also available on site, providing entertainment during free time for families or groups of friends without the need to bring any additional equipment.

The Perche area, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, is a rural territory characterised by its forests, ponds, and bocage landscapes. The area lends itself to hiking and cycling along little-travelled routes. Nature lovers will appreciate the tranquillity of the site and the richness of the local wildlife. The surrounding towns and villages offer a modest yet authentic architectural heritage, with a few local markets and producers to discover in the vicinity. For stays requiring additional supplies, the nearby villages allow for easy provisioning.

Les Rainats is equally suited to a reunion weekend or a week-long holiday with a large group, in a simple and functional setting, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
