Les 3 Longères brings together three Picard-style longhouse buildings in Sempy, a village in Pas-de-Calais in the Hauts-de-France region. The property accommodates up to 30 people across 12 rooms, making it well suited to large family gatherings, group getaways with friends, or residential seminars. Each longhouse retains its traditional brick architecture under a tiled roof, with spacious interiors inherited from the old Picard agricultural barns. The estate comprises three separate buildings arranged around a shared garden.

The outdoor swimming pool is shared between the three longhouses and opens onto the garden. The barbecue makes it easy to organise outdoor meals for the whole group. Inside, a dishwasher and a washing machine ease the logistics of longer stays. Wi-Fi covers the entire property. Group games and activities are available on site, ideal for entertaining evenings or afternoon sessions together. Each longhouse has its own independent entrance, allowing flexible arrangements depending on how guests are divided.

Sempy is a rural village surrounded by open fields and the hedgerow landscapes typical of the Artois countryside. The Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park, located nearby, offers walking and cycling routes. The beaches of the Opal Coast are around 50 kilometres away. Boulogne-sur-Mer and Calais are reachable in under an hour, as is the Channel Tunnel.
