Le logis du Marais

The Logis du Marais accommodates up to 14 people across 6 bedrooms, making it a solid base for large family groups, corporate retreat teams, or circles of friends who want to share a roof without getting in each other's way.

Located in Coulon, the gateway to the Green Venice in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the cottage provides access to one of the largest marshlands in France. Canoes, flat-bottomed boat tours, cycling along the canals: there is no shortage of outdoor activities to keep a group occupied between moments of relaxation.

For everyday communal living, the amenities make all the difference. The dishwasher and washing machine allow a group of 14 to handle meals and laundry without friction, so no one spends their evenings on chores. The Wi-Fi connection covers the needs of seminar participants or group members who need to stay reachable. The pool naturally becomes the gathering point in the late afternoon — where a birthday celebration continues after the cake, or where a team unwinds after a day's work. The games available on-site keep evenings indoors lively without any need to bring your own supplies.

The property suits several types of stays well: a family reunion weekend with multiple generations under one roof, a milestone birthday in a natural setting, a small team retreat that prefers the countryside to a conference room, or an intimate wedding bringing loved ones together in a calm, unspoiled setting.

Six bedrooms for 14 people means some rooms will naturally sleep two — plan the sleeping arrangements in advance so everyone is comfortable.
