Le Domaine des Gauliers
About
Nestled in the heart of the Pays de la Loire, Domaine des Gauliers opens onto a panorama of vineyards that sets the tone from the very first moment: here, everything invites relaxation, gentleness, and togetherness with those you love. This setting — both beautiful and soothing, described as "incredible" by its guests — makes this cottage an exceptional address for those who wish to bring family or friends together, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The estate accommodates up to 22 people across 8 bedrooms with comfortable beds, each with its own private bathroom and toilet — a precious comfort that ensures every guest has their own personal space, even in the midst of a large gathering. The particularly well-equipped reception room naturally establishes itself as the heart of the stay: ideal for sharing large meals, hosting evening gatherings, or simply enjoying each other's company. On the practical side, the dishwasher and washing machine make extended stays easier, while the swimming pool beckons for refreshing breaks whenever the weather obliges. The barbecue opens the door to wonderful outdoor dining, Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, and the games promise hours of fun and shared moments indoors.
A milestone birthday celebrated surrounded by loved ones, a long-awaited reunion weekend with friends, a seminar in a setting that is both professional and restorative — Domaine des Gauliers lends itself to every special occasion with equal generosity. Its 78 Google reviews, carrying a rating of 4.6 out of 5, bear witness to an experience that lives up to its promises, sustained stay after stay by a warmth of welcome that guests unanimously praise.
In Chavagnes, facing the vines, memories are made naturally — glass in hand, surrounded by the people who matter most.

We rented the entire property for a weekend for 22 adults, and the experience was perfect. The property overlooks the vineyards; it's a beautiful and peaceful location. The gîte is particularly well-equipped and functional; we had everything we needed for our group (perhaps a larger barbecue would be a welcome addition). The bedrooms are spacious, and the ample number of showers and toilets is a real plus for everyone's comfort. The reception room is also very large, which allowed us all to gather comfortably without any space issues. Finally, a big thank you to the owner, who is very welcoming and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this gîte for your group events!

The estate is INCREDIBLE! The welcome and the owner were fantastic! I was lucky enough to celebrate my 30th birthday at Domaine des Gauliers surrounded by my family and friends; everything was perfect. They had absolutely everything needed to celebrate with 22 people of all ages. The accommodations are very well-equipped, and the wine cellar is large enough to have a party without being crowded or disturbing the neighbors! The view of the surrounding area is breathtaking, the location, the amenities… everything was perfect! I highly recommend the estate to everyone and plan to return with great pleasure. Thank you again to Domaine des Gauliers for a memorable weekend.

A truly magnificent place. The cottages are very clean and well-equipped. The owners are very friendly, responsive, and available. We booked the property for a wedding, which allowed all the guests to escape for a weekend, enjoying the pool, the vineyard views, the peace and quiet, the charming gypsy caravan, and the green spaces. The property is very well maintained. We will share more photos later. I highly recommend it.
