Le Moulin du Bas Coudray

Le Moulin du Bas Coudray accommodates up to 29 people across 8 bedrooms, making it a suitable choice for medium-sized groups looking to stay together under one roof, without having to juggle multiple accommodations.

Located in Le Genest-Saint-Isle, in the Pays de la Loire region, this characterful cottage suits several types of gatherings: milestone birthdays, extended family weekends, small-scale corporate retreats, or intimate weddings with a close circle. The outdoor space, equipped with a barbecue and a swimming pool, allows meals and group moments to be organized without space constraints, whenever the weather permits.

Inside, the fireplace creates a natural gathering point for evening get-togethers, while the shared living areas offer enough room for 29 people to coexist comfortably. Group cooking is made easier by the presence of a dishwasher, and a washing machine makes multi-day stays logistically straightforward.

The Wi-Fi connection covers the everyday needs of a group, whether working remotely during a corporate retreat or simply staying connected during a leisure stay. Games are available on-site to keep evenings entertaining without having to go out.

This type of setup — high capacity, functional outdoor spaces, everyday amenities — directly addresses the practical needs of a group: cooking together, sleeping on-site, enjoying the outdoors, and making the most of the trip by staying several nights. The Pays de la Loire region also offers a calm, natural setting, well-suited to getaways that provide a break from urban daily life.
