The "château d'og" is a wonderful little gem in another beautiful part of France. When you arrive at the château you cannot fail to notice the striking round towers and wonderful architecture. Once you have taken in some of the surroundings, you will be warmly welcomed by either June or Patsy. The rooms are just as exquisite as the château and continue the well presented maintained theme throughout, which can be seen within the photos of my room and bathroom, to which I had private use during my stay.
Stayed here for a few days during our honeymoon. It is absolutely beautiful! Patsy and June are wonderful hosts. It's a nice, short drive to Niort for dining and touring. It's also within an hour of La Rochelle and a few other places to visit.
Great time in Og ! The hosts are a lot welcoming, we're french but we didn't have difficulties because adaptation was here ! We were hoping a bath, but it was the only problèm, the room was really confortable and the garden is a really charming place Thanks a lot To June and Patsy, really kind and happy hosts We will came back, cause we love the place and it was a great way To practice our english Castles lovers, don't hesitate !
