La Villa - Domaine de Roiffé

La Villa - Domaine de Roiffé is a cottage located in Roiffé, in the Vienne department, in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The house accommodates up to 18 guests and features 9 bedrooms, making it an address designed for large groups: extended families, gatherings of friends, or residential seminars.

The property sits within an estate, in a rural setting open to the Vienne countryside. A private swimming pool is available to residents, not shared with any other accommodation. In the kitchen, a dishwasher is installed, which makes managing meals for eighteen guests considerably more practical. The villa is rented exclusively and operates with full independence for the entire duration of the stay.

The area around Roiffé is shaped by viticulture: the Saumurois and its Anjou-Saumur appellations lie some twenty kilometres away. The region is also known for its troglodyte caves carved into the calcareous tufa, visible along the hillsides of the Loire. The river itself, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, flows just a few kilometres from the village. Saumur, with its shops, restaurants and medieval castle, is reachable by car in under thirty minutes.

The layout across nine bedrooms allows sleeping arrangements to be spread over several spaces, offering a degree of independence to the various subgroups within a shared stay. The capacity of 18 places makes this villa one of the largest available for private rental in this part of the Vienne.
