La Rêverie

Nestled in Pouilly-sur-Loire, in the heart of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, the cottage La Rêverie offers a peaceful setting in one of France's most renowned wine regions.

The property sleeps up to 12 guests and features 6 bedrooms, providing generous space for family stays or gatherings with friends. The cottage layout ensures an intimate and convivial atmosphere, well suited to large groups who wish to stay under one roof without sacrificing comfort. The communal areas make it easy to come together, whether to share a meal or simply enjoy each other's company.

In terms of amenities, La Rêverie meets the expectations of a self-sufficient and comfortable stay: Wi-Fi keeps guests connected when needed, while the dishwasher and washing machine simplify day-to-day organisation during longer visits. The fireplace is an undeniable asset on cooler evenings, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere indoors. Outside, the barbecue makes it possible to enjoy al fresco dining on fine days — a particularly appreciated feature for group stays.

Pouilly-sur-Loire is a town celebrated for its white wines — Pouilly-Fumé, made from Sauvignon Blanc, has been produced here for centuries. The region invites exploration of the vineyards through walks and visits to local estates. The Loire, which runs alongside the town, offers opportunities for riverside strolls and outdoor excursions. The area is also well positioned for discovering other highlights of Burgundy: Nevers lies around twenty kilometres away, with its historic centre and cathedral. Food lovers will find markets and restaurants in the surrounding area showcasing the finest local Burgundian produce. La Rêverie thus makes a practical base for combining relaxation, cultural discovery, and the pleasures of the table.
