La Rame

La Rame is a cottage located in Chalais, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, able to accommodate up to 20 people under one roof. The 4 bedrooms allow the entire group to stay together without resorting to additional accommodation, which simplifies logistics and keeps everyone connected — a concrete advantage for a birthday, a residential seminar, a family weekend, or an intimate wedding.

Communal living is designed to work at this scale. The swimming pool becomes the natural gathering point during the day, with no need to organize rotations or find an outdoor space. The barbecue extends evenings outside, and the fireplace takes over when temperatures drop. Indoors, the dishwasher and washing machine reduce the logistical burden of longer stays: for a group of 20, that is no small thing.

Wi-Fi covers the cottage, allowing corporate seminars to run normally without any special arrangements. The games available on-site give evenings a structure without having to plan everything in advance — useful when the group mixes adults and children, or when the weather changes plans.

Chalais is a small town in the south of the Charente département, close to the vineyards of the Périgord and the Isle basin. Its location in Nouvelle-Aquitaine makes it an accessible base from both Bordeaux and Périgueux, simplifying the journey for participants arriving from different directions.

For a group looking for a venue where everyone sleeps on-site, eats together, and has functional outdoor spaces, La Rame meets those needs without requiring coordination across multiple locations.
