La Lézardière

La Lézardière is a cottage located in Blois, the prefecture of Loir-et-Cher, in the Centre-Val de Loire region. The property accommodates up to 20 guests across 9 bedrooms. A private swimming pool is set up in the outdoor area, along with a barbecue for al fresco dining. Wi-Fi covers the entire cottage. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and a washing machine is available for longer stays. An indoor games area is accessible within the cottage.

Blois is crossed by the Loire River, and its historic center is home to the royal château, built between the 13th and 17th centuries. The town provides access to one of Europe's most concentrated circuits of châteaux: Chambord is 20 kilometers away, Cheverny 15 kilometers, and Amboise 35 kilometers. The Loire Valley has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2000 for its cultural landscape. La Loire à Vélo, an 800-kilometer cycling route running alongside the river, starts from Blois heading toward the Atlantic or Nevers. Blois-Chambord station connects to Paris in 1 hour 15 minutes.

The 9-bedroom layout can accommodate families, groups of friends, or teams on a residential seminar. The capacity of 20 people makes the cottage suitable for private events requiring exclusive use of the property. The pool and barbecue organize outdoor living, while the games area offers an option for leisure time indoors.
