We booked for Rincón de Nazari (me and my 75yr old parents) for 3 nights. Our first night we arrived late but when we arrived the place was not arranged for 3; no blankets or towels for a 3rd person. The pellet stove heater also didnt work, and we asked for support to help us heat the place since at night it was -1°C. They insisted that the stove would work and there was pellets but when we confirmed we couldn’t find them it was already after 10pm and they said customer support isn’t offered after 10pm. They promised the would arrived first thing in the morning. My poor parents froze the whole night with no heating. We wore our clothes and used the towels as extra blankets. In the morning at 9:45am they messaged me asking when we would leave for the day and I replied saying they should come immediately because we were suffering. They ghosted me until almost 2pm only after I said we are leaving and demanded a full refund. They have yet to respond to support me or resolve their mistake.

I stayed in Granada for a few days in an apartment managed by them and had a truly excellent experience. Everything was impeccable: perfect communication before arrival, spotless and well-maintained apartment. During our stay, they always responded promptly to all our questions, and upon departure, they even said goodbye very kindly. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our weekend in Granada unforgettable!

We were a large group (friends with children) and the experience was impeccable. What's most impressive is the size of the house; the photos don't do it justice, it's almost like a small palace. María and Magdalena are lovely, they gave us a wonderful welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness was spotless, which is much appreciated in such a large house. Furthermore, the location is perfect if you enjoy hiking, as the Gollizno Route starts practically at the doorstep. The rooms are spacious and well soundproofed, so we could keep to different paces without disturbing each other.

Mis amigas y yo disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Desde el primer momento fueron extremadamente serviciales: respondieron rápido a todas nuestras dudas y se aseguraron de que todo estuviera perfecto antes de nuestra llegada. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy bien equipado y exactamente como en las fotos. Se notaba que ponen atención al detalle y que realmente les importa que los huéspedes tengan una experiencia agradable. Además, cuando tuvimos una pequeña consulta sobre el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, nos atendieron en cuestión de minutos. En resumen, un servicio excelente. Sin duda volveríamos a reservar con ellos y los recomendamos totalmente a cualquier persona que busque una estancia cómoda, sin complicaciones y con un trato cercano y profesional.

The stay was excellent. The accommodation perfectly matched the description: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially want to highlight the impeccable service throughout our stay. Communication was smooth, quick, and very professional, and any questions or needs were resolved efficiently. Without a doubt, a highly recommended experience. We would definitely return.
