Gîte des Beaux Souvenirs
About
Nestled in the heart of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, the Gîte des Beaux Souvenirs lives up to its name. In Montchal, this generous cottage welcomes you with a simple promise: to bring together the people you cherish in a setting where space, comfort and nature come together in perfect harmony. Those who have stayed there say it with enthusiasm — a magnificent view, impeccable cleanliness, and outdoor spaces that invite you to savour every moment.
Designed to accommodate up to 23 people, the gîte has 10 bedrooms, giving everyone their own space to recharge after a full day. The amenities have been thoughtfully designed for group comfort and make all the difference: the pool for sunny afternoons, the barbecue for lively evenings, the parking so the whole group can arrive without a hitch. Indoors, the dishwasher and washing machine ease the logistics of longer stays, while Wi-Fi remains within reach for those who can't quite do without it. The games, for their part, add a lovely touch of togetherness and shared laughter.
This is where long, convivial meals reclaim their full meaning: dinners that stretch on, voices ringing out, glasses raised beneath the Auvergne sky. Family reunions, catch-ups with friends, corporate weekends or celebrations of all kinds — the gîte adapts to every occasion with the same generous spirit. Guests describe a place where everything is taken care of, where you feel at home from the very first hours, and where you leave with a genuine desire to come back.
With a rating of 4.8/5 from 43 reviews, the Gîte des Beaux Souvenirs has well earned its reputation. All that's left is to pick a date and gather the people you love.

We spent the weekend with friends in this beautiful, peaceful gîte, perfect for partying without disturbing the neighbors! Our host, Thierry, gave us an impeccable welcome. The gîte was well-equipped and comfortable, with lovely outdoor spaces, a beautiful setting, and games for children... pods for cozy nights... and soon a swimming pool/jacuzzi... in short, a wonderful place to create lasting memories!
