Outstanding Agrituriamo at the base of Montepulciano. Waking up with a view of the village on the hilltop was just spectacular. The hosts were wonderful and the room we chose was just the exact Italian feel you want when in Tuscany. There is no food at this property but several options nearby. We had an adorable cabinet that opened up into a mini kitchen. It was great. They had a wine shop on property and offered a tour / wine tasking if you were interested. There was a washing machine on property which was great to use half way thru our trip. The property was impeccable. I am so thrilled I chose this location. It was quiet and peaceful. And added bonus the shampoo they have is an Italian brand that made my hair so soft I had to buy it when I returned home.
We loved our 7 night stay at this amazing agriturismo. Only 5mins drive from Montepulciano, but total peace and tranquility, with spectacular views in every direction. The grounds are immaculate with plenty of space and privacy. Huge pool (I often had it to myself), spotless rooms, very comfortable bed. The only small negative is the slightly basic cooking facilities, but no matter - we ate out most of the time.
The two of us loved this tranquil agriturismo farm. Very comfortable bed. We booked the largest suite and it had a small kitchen which we used to cook many meals. They produce their own wine and olive oil for their Bertille label.
