We took the Tuscan Pasta cooking class with Giacomo and his wife. It was a top experience for us on our honeymoon. Giacomo is knowledgeable, friendly and sustainable. It is clear he has deep care for the land he lives on and the rich history of his culture and connection to the food. The food we made, and ate, was among the best we ate in Montepulciano. Thank you for giving us this incredible experience, Giacomo and family!

My wife and I attended Giacomo & Cristians’s cooking class while in Tuscany a couple of weeks ago. Let’s just say it was a highlight of our trip. The hospitality was warm, welcoming- like family. The experience was enlightening, thoughtful and hands-on fun. The experience was delightful and topped off with an incredible 5 course lunch. I cannot express our appreciation enough. If you have the opportunity, I would highly recommend. My wife and I are recreating the lunch this weekend with the recipes Giacomo shared with us.

I would echo what many people have said, but the Pasta Cooking class was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We brought our 4 children (15,15,11,8) and everyone loved it. Giacomo and his family are the most gracious hosts, and completely patient with less experienced cooks. Giacomo is focused on traditional, hyper-local, organic cooking, so he was very interesting to learn from. And the meal we ate at the end was outstanding. Also, the farmhouse and surrounding grounds are beautiful. Definitely opt to have dessert on their patio. I can't recommend this class enough. Great experience all around.
