Disappointing as a camper stop
We came to Domaine du Moulin thanks to France Passion because we're motorhome travelers. It's a peaceful place, full of charm and steeped in history. The owner, Sébastien, a Master Chocolatier, will show you around his chocolate factory and speaks passionately about his craft. Even if you're not a big chocolate fan, like me, and after a rather grimace, Sébastien managed to get me to taste a chocolate that perfectly matched my personality and my feelings... What more can I say? You're warmly welcomed by his mother and wife, there's a lovely walk to be had on the property, and Sébastien is a true storyteller of chocolate. I highly recommend it...
We discovered this place through France Passion. The family welcome was fantastic, I highly recommend it! We toured the grounds, went trout fishing, and enjoyed excellent and original chocolates. The location is in the heart of the countryside, and the pitches for campervans are perfect.
This place deserves a 6 out of 5! The owner is kind and accommodating, the location is beautiful and well-designed. The fishing was excellent, and the chocolate shop was the perfect way to end the day. Very good products of impeccable quality with a good selection. I highly recommend this place.
Let the chef choose and the food is worthy of 5 stars, excellent explanation of how the flavors change by adding special chocolate granules. With wine pairing including a tasting, 2 starters, 2 main courses, and dessert; no large, heavy dishes that are hard on the stomach. €70 including wine and water for 2 people. Highly recommended.
