The establishment follows the tradition of Italian agriturismi and offers dining that guests consistently appreciate. The balconies provide panoramic views over the surrounding landscape, unanimously described by visitors as spectacular. The staff is recognized for their warmth and attentiveness. It should be noted, however, that air conditioning is not available in all accommodations on the estate, which is worth confirming in advance depending on the season of your stay.
The province of Frosinone, historically known as Ciociaria, offers a hinterland rich in medieval heritage and unspoiled nature. Numerous hilltop villages dot the nearby hills, ideal for cultural excursions. The region borders the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park, well suited to hiking and wildlife watching. The Abbey of Montecassino, one of the most significant sites in Italian history, is also within easy reach of the property. For those wishing to combine rural immersion with cultural outings, Rome is less than two hours away by road, making De Vita Beata as strategically located as it is restorative.

A true hidden gem. 1 travel this area a lot for work, and have stayed in many places in this area over last 10 years. I also own my own hotels in Ireland. This is a true hidden Gem. Stunning views, big comfy beds, wonderful family run place, big smiles, great coffee, (lactos free too) yummy yummy home cooking food. The fresh pasta, mountain platters, roast spuds that beat any Irish spud, and the Lemon curd cake with a ball of Lemon sorbet beats all. The family could not be more helpful. Have stayed 3 times this year so far and it’s only March. Really looking forward to being able to enjoy a fabulous long lazy Sunday lunch on a sunny day off.
Sadly we didn't get to have our stay in the house at the picture. They had another booking that used the whole place. We got another house, quite nice interior but without AC. We expected more from our first try of an agriturismo.
Lovely place to eat and the views from the balconies are spectacular. We'll worth a visit. Very friendly and helpful staff another visit and stay over required. 🙂
Went there with a group and had a truly amazing meal. The view from the terrace is also fantastic.
Wonderful family farm with excellent hospitality, lots of local knowledge, and fantastic food.
