Chalet L'Annexe
About
Nestled in the Pyrenean foothills in Boutx, Haute-Garonne, Chalet L'Annexe accommodates up to 16 people across 6 bedrooms. A layout designed for groups who want to be together without getting in each other's way: everyone has their own sleeping space, and the shared rooms take care of the rest.
The fireplace naturally becomes the evening gathering point — ideal after a day of hiking or for lingering together during a reunion weekend. The dishwasher, a practical detail that becomes essential for 16 people, lightens the load after shared meals.
The chalet suits several group formats: a birthday with friends, a team retreat, an extended family weekend, or an intimate wedding. The mountain setting and on-site management — Philippe and his team are regularly praised for their attentiveness and hospitality — make the difference when organizing a stay for a large group.
Guest reviews (4.5/5 across 90 Google reviews) consistently highlight two things: the quality of the food on offer and the warmth of the welcome. Groups describe a family atmosphere that is rare in accommodation of this size. "The welcome was perfect, we felt right at home" captures well what the chalet offers beyond four walls.
Located at the gateway to the Pyrenees, Boutx provides access to hiking trails and ski resorts throughout the massif. For a group looking to combine a natural setting, the comfort of a cottage with attentive staff, and enough capacity to house everyone under one roof, L'Annexe meets the essential criteria.

A wonderful, friendly experience! The welcome was perfect, it felt like home. We were a group of 10, and Philippe and his staff were simply lovely. And to top it all off, the food was excellent throughout our two-day stay. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!
We had a great time, the chalet is well located, the staff are super friendly and attentive to customers, the food is varied and delicious, thank you again for the welcome!
A warm atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and an ideal location at the foot of the slopes. A perfect stay, with exceptionally pleasant staff. I highly recommend it!
Back to basics with the Chalet d'Isard! The facilities aren't brand new, but they feel great, the staff is lovely, and the atmosphere is very family-friendly! The value for money is truly exceptional, and the meals are generous! I recommend it 100%.
