This accommodation is a true gem – the landscape, the surroundings, and the entire property are absolutely stunning, like something out of a movie. The place offers everything you need, is very well maintained, and Mattia, the owner, takes loving care of its upkeep. I can highly recommend this place; it's also perfect for large groups. We stayed here for several days, the pool was well kept, and the whole experience was truly a dream.

We had a fantastic time here! The villa and grounds are stunningly beautiful - the photos don't do it justice by a long shot. Aside from that the service is excellent, Mattia is a great host - very helpful and always there in case you need anything. The beds are very comfy and the pool is clean and beautiful.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa in Italy, nestled atop a scenic hill with a breathtaking panoramic view. The peaceful setting, almost free of traffic, made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Though some industrial facilities were visible in the far distance during the day, they never disrupted the serene atmosphere. The garden is immaculately maintained with great care and attention to detail. The pool is large enough to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and was always sparkling clean. We especially loved the spacious, well-equipped yoga studio that added a touch of wellness to our holiday. Outside, there’s everything you could wish for: a grill station, a romantic dining area perfect for larger gatherings, and a charming little garden pavilion that felt straight out of a fairytale. Inside, the villa boasts authentic Italian design throughout. Every room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen is impressively large and superbly equipped—a true delight for cooking together as a group. Beds are on the firmer side, but clearly high quality and supportive. The owner, who lives nearby, is incredibly warm and welcoming. He was respectful of our privacy yet always ready to assist with a smile—an absolute gentleman. All in all, this villa is a slice of paradise and I wouldn’t hesitate to give it a full 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended!
