Casa rural El Trubio

It's a very peaceful place. Ideal for children. The hosts are lovely. There's a fantastic bar in the village. The landscape is green as far as the eye can see. When Spain can't sleep because of the heat, there they sleep with a blanket.

An excellent place, a very quiet village with great access to the lake and activities. We were two adults and three children (9, 7, and 3 years old) and it was perfect. The owners were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The place was impeccably clean, and there were many small touches that made our stay very pleasant. We will definitely return.

Highly recommended!!! My partner and I stayed for a weekend, and the setting is truly beautiful. The house was great because it was very cozy, had everything you needed, and you can rest wonderfully because you're surrounded by nature and there's not a single sound. The owners were also very friendly. We really wanted to stay here again, and we'll definitely return.

In a spectacular location, the houses are spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. The owners are incredibly welcoming. The surroundings are paradise. A large green space and a small river run right in front of the houses. Sanabria is also known for its excellent cuisine and numerous activities year-round. It's lovely to wander through its charming corners. These are the best rural houses I've ever stayed in; clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. I can't wait to return.

Bad experience. We just stayed in a small cabin. They pay very little attention to detail: broken window locks, a carpet with a hole, a broken towel rack, uncomfortable furniture... And to top it all off, the blankets were dirty. Unwashed and with dried-on stains. The owner apologized, saying she hadn't seen the stains, that otherwise she would have washed them... That blankets don't always need to be washed (obviously not at my house, but in a business where who knows what people do with the blankets, especially in a place that allows dogs...). She proceeded to swipe the card and leave. It's a disgrace to pay €60 for a day in these conditions. We won't be back even if it's free.
