You will immediately feel at home, surrounded by sun-drenched terraces and a lush garden, where your mornings will begin with birdsong and the sea breeze.

As one of our visitors aptly noted, returning with their seven Golden Retrievers was truly a pleasure. This attention to detail and care for every guest is the very essence of this unique place.

Jaume's service was exceptional and the house has great potential. We celebrated an anniversary there with a great group of friends and everyone was delighted; we will definitely be back!
The stay has been fantastic. The house is super comfortable and spacious. It's in a prime location, close to the beach but also in a quiet area, ideal for disconnecting and relaxing. It has everything you need for daily life, and if not, there are supermarkets nearby where you can find it. The owner was also wonderful to deal with.
Now we and our seven Golden Retrievers are back at Jaume's place in Casa Ribes. Jaume gave us a very warm welcome, just like he did in January 2025 when we stayed for a month. Our landlord is a great guy. The dogs immediately recognized the house and the grounds. They feel right at home here, and so do we. Jaume had the huge back garden mowed so our dogs have more room to run around. He trimmed the very tall and wide hedge, and together we found and patched the holes between the thuja trees so our seven darlings can't go off on unsupervised excursions. Isn't our Jaume wonderful? The dogs are even allowed in the pool. We and the dogs prefer swimming in the sea (we have a pool at home, but no sea), but it's nice to hear that Jaume doesn't mind dogs swimming in his pool and that he wouldn't immediately hyperventilate if one of them wandered in 😂. What landlord allows that? ... The house was very clean when we moved in; the beds, towels, dishes, etc., were spotless. The beach is only 5 minutes from Casa Ribes. You can see the sea from the terrace. We don't walk to the beach with our seven Goldens; instead, we drive our pack and all their gear (water, water bowls, leashes, treat bag, poop bags, towels, toys, etc.). Driving to the beach is easier for us, and we can always find a parking spot right by the beach. This time, we'll be spending the winter at Casa Ribes. We all want sun, sea, and good vibes. Casa Ribes is practically our second home. The Spanish are incredibly friendly to us and our dogs, even when our overly friendly bunch greets people soaking wet and full of enthusiasm. Many of us could learn a lot from these friendly, warm-hearted people. Being kind to animals, a smile, and a kind word never hurt anyone. We are very grateful to Jaume for giving us and our dogs his house as a temporary home. Thank you, Jaume! We will definitely be back!
