CASA MARÈLIA Allotjaments rurals
About
CASA MARÈLIA brings together two rural houses — Ca la Martina and Ca l'Èlia — in the heart of the village of Vilanova d'Escornalbou, in Catalonia. Together, they form a generous ensemble designed for group stays: the two units share a courtyard, a pool, and an outdoor jacuzzi, allowing guests to move freely between shared moments and private time.
The two-house layout comfortably accommodates several families or a large group of friends, with bedrooms distributed to give each subgroup its own sleeping and living space. The interiors are tastefully decorated and well equipped — functional kitchen, bathrooms, bed and bath linen — and the shared spaces naturally become gathering spots: living room, terrace, poolside.
This format is particularly well suited to birthday weekends with friends, multi-generational family reunions, small-group residential seminars, or intimate weddings. The rural setting of the Escornalbou area offers peace and privacy, while remaining an hour from Tarragona and the Costa Daurada.
Outside, the pool and jacuzzi are the most frequently mentioned features in reviews. The terrace lends itself to large group meals. The green spaces around the houses leave plenty of room for children or for the group to enjoy the outdoors without feeling cramped. The village-edge location also gives guests walking access to the immediate surroundings.
The owner is recognized as attentive and responsive, which makes organizing a group stay straightforward. With a 4.9/5 rating across 77 Google reviews, CASA MARÈLIA ranks among the highest-rated rural accommodations in the region for this type of group stay.

Beautiful house on the edge of the town. The spacious house brings everything you need to stay with a family or group of friends, both the inside and outside (of course with the amazing pool) are beautiful. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the house for a week and had the best time with my family. Within walking distance there is a small supermarket, bakery and some nice restaurants. We even did a 7 km hike from the house to a small church on the hill which was amazing.
Beautiful, well equipped villa, beautiful pool and friendly and helpful host. Looking forward to returning soon.
A wonderful stay at ca la Martina and ca l'Èlia. The houses are very well equipped, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay again!
We spent 3 fantastic days with the whole family in two of these houses and we couldn't have been better. The facilities are perfect, it is very appreciated to have a private pool and jacuzzi in both houses. Everything is very clean and well cared for down to the last detail. We want to thank Rosa for her treatment. Everything is made easy. Perfect experience and renting them was a success. Highly recommended. And if you go there, don't forget to buy sausage from Ca la Remei and bread from the village bakery!!
The villa is truly splendid and very well located. We enjoyed beautiful views from the terrace. Everything went perfectly during our stay. There were 10 of us and we had an excellent time. We have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend this accommodation. 😊🫶
