Agriturismo Su Furreddu

About
In the northeast of Sardinia, where the pink granite of the Gallura rises from the maquis of junipers and rock roses, Su Furreddu settles into the landscape as if it had always been part of it. This authentic farmstay embodies the most generous aspects of Sardinian agropastoral tradition: land worked for generations, flavors born of the same patience one brings to raising a herd or pressing an olive.
To arrive here is to cross the threshold into another dimension of time. The estate welcomes groups in simple, well-appointed rooms designed for rest after full days spent hiking the heights of the Costa Smeralda and diving into turquoise coves reachable in under an hour. The communal table remains the true heart of Su Furreddu: meals are ceremonies, not performances. Culurgiones stuffed with potato and mint, pecorino cheese aged on the premises, meats roasted according to orally transmitted recipes — the set menu at €45, praised by regulars, pairs honest pricing with generous portions. Vegetarians are equally well catered for, proof that Sardinian cuisine, with its deep vegetable roots, has never needed to pretend.
The proximity of Olbia, just a few kilometers away, makes arrivals by ferry or plane straightforward without diminishing the welcome sense of seclusion the estate provides once the gates are closed behind you. For a group seeking a break from sterile resorts, Su Furreddu offers what booking platforms struggle to promise: a family, a place, an intention.
What guests take with them when they leave is less a postcard image than a physical sensation — the scent of myrtle in the evening air, the taste of cannonau wine drunk without ceremony, and the rare certainty of having been welcomed rather than served. Rated 4.5/5 by more than 150 travelers, Su Furreddu is not a place you visit: it is a place you relive.

What a super nice place for my special Sardinia group weeks, the food, the personal friendliness, excellent vegetarian too, we will most certainly come more often!!!
Traditional sardinian food. Very tasty and honest price
We dined at this agriturismo not far from Olbia, choosing the €45 fixed menu. The dishes were numerous and generous, all prepared with genuine ingredients and according to Sardinian tradition. Each dish was rich in flavor, with an authentic, home-cooked taste. The staff was friendly and welcoming, helping make the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent value for those looking for a true Sardinian food and wine experience. Highly recommended!
Eat there only if you've been fasting for three days 😅. They'll fill you up with typical products until your stomach swells for a week. It's a quaint place. You'll feel like you've stepped back in time. If you want to spend an evening enjoying good food, this is the place to go 😉
Genuine, authentic, and professional hospitality. The food is rooted in the local culture, excellent and plentiful, and beautifully presented. It deserves an overall 10. Best regards from Linas Bike on the occasion of the GTrack.
