Surrounded by greenery, the Il Gelso Bianco farmhouse offers its guests tranquility and relaxation. The simply furnished rooms are spacious and comfortable. The true highlight of Il Gelso Bianco is Michele and Veronica's hospitality. The flavors of their own garden are brought directly to your table, proud to convey the culinary traditions of the Gargano in their dishes. Michele is a fantastic chef; his love for his homeland shines through in his dishes. The splendid sea just a short distance away and the countless coves to visit are the perfect complement to a wonderful vacation. "Everyone knows the price of things, but only a few know their true value." (Oscar Wilde) Thank you, Veronica, and Michele, for hosting us and welcoming us as "friends" and not just customers.

We spent our summer vacation in Vieste and stayed at this fantastic farmhouse surrounded by greenery. Veronica and Michele are exceptional, as is their cuisine. The rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort. Despite the high temperatures, we slept very well at night. If we ever return to Gargano, we will definitely return to Gelso Bianco. We stayed with Veronica and Michele for two weeks. The location was excellent, outside of Vieste, surrounded by greenery and a cool, refreshing atmosphere at night. The town is just a few minutes' drive away, and along the way you'll find a small supermarket and a bakery. The welcome was extraordinary! Michele is an extraordinary cook (and he truly is, not out of necessity!!!) who transforms the produce from his garden into delicious recipes; Veronica spoils you in the morning with homemade cakes and jams and a creamy cappuccino. And let's not forget the freshly picked fruit served for breakfast!!! Was everything perfect? Well, our room had a few flaws, even though it was simply and tastefully furnished. It was cleaned impeccably every four days. And when we left, we received a box of freshly picked produce. Would I return? Absolutely!!!

A special agriturismo, where, beyond being on vacation, you feel pampered. Michele and Veronica's hospitality is superb, the rooms are very well-kept and clean. Michele brings the flavors of the garden to the table every evening, with the passion of someone who wants to introduce his guests to the Gargano. The location is in the calm, cool countryside, yet still close to Vieste, a 5-minute drive away. In short, we stayed for a week, and the holiday far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
