We were a group of 6 friends (25-30 years old) and we stayed at Casolare degli Ulivi for a week in August. The house is absolutely beautiful, with all the comforts of a modern house and the charme of a traditional Casolare. In particular the outdoor is full of space: besides the pool there is a grill aerea, a patio next to the pool (great for aperitivo), a table tennis area, sofas besides the dining table...We have not met Mario, the owner, in person, but he has been a great host from weeks before our arrival, providing prompt replies to all of our questions and helping us to organize various aspects of our stay. Besides a very useful list of recommendations (restaurants, beaches, day tours etc), Mario helped us to organize a typical Pugliese food cooking class and a dinner cooked at the house by a private chef (highly recommended!!). Staying at Casolare degli Ulivi highly contributed to making our holiday memorable!
Amazing villa, in an amazing setting! We had the most relaxing, peaceful week - lots of thought given to the outside spaces which is ideal for when you’re on holiday. Mario and his team were super helpful, particularly with the restaurant recommendations and helping organise Carlo who was our lovely driver for the week. Would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay here 😍 We were two families with 3 kids and had an amazing time. The house offers everything for a restul holiday, and is close to all the great places in Puglia. Mario and his team were always reachable and very nice to us.
