Perched on the heights of Massa Lubrense, overlooking the Gulf of Naples, this agriturismo is a working farm. The estate produces its own vegetables, fruit, olive oil and cheeses: what the group eats at breakfast or dinner comes from the garden or the stables just a few metres from the table.

The apartments, with their unapologetically rural character, comfortably accommodate around a dozen people across several self-contained units. No unnecessary luxury, but an authentic setting that suits groups looking to spend time together rather than cooped up within four walls.

Anna's cooking is the first collective asset of the stay: hearty breakfasts and dinners prepared from the farm's own produce. Shared meals under the olive trees or in the common room naturally become the heart of the programme. Vittoria, the owner, knows the area well and points groups towards the best spots, coastal paths and local markets.

This setting is particularly well suited to multi-generational family weekends, milestone birthday celebrations looking to escape generic reception venues, small team retreats in search of a distraction-free environment, or groups of friends who want to see a real organic farm in action. There is no equipped seminar room, but the outdoor spaces and terraces provide plenty of room to gather and work informally.

The location rounds out the group programme: the Sorrentine Peninsula, Capri, Positano and the ruins of Pompeii are all within day-trip distance. The stay can alternate between time on the farm and excursions along one of the most remarkable coastlines in southern Italy.
