If you're looking to experience a traditional local farmhouse and the tranquility of nature, this is the perfect spot. I highly recommend trying the local products, especially their own olive oil, it's fantastic! We stayed at the campsite and had a wonderful experience. Paolo was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Plus, don’t miss out on meeting their adorable cat, Minou, which adds an extra touch of charm to the stay. Also, the walk to Lucca city is very doable, as it's only 4 km. It’s a wonderful stroll through charming Italian streets. If you want to bike to the city, no problem, there are also a few bikes you can rent.

Katerina and Paolo are exceptional hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of local produce served. The 400 year old house has lots of character with family history displayed throughout. Wine and other local produce is available to purchase at a reasonable price. Rooms were nicely decorated, extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect for taking a stroll around the property and nearby farms. Thank you Katerina and Paolo for a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was delicious - best tomatoes and olive oil! The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ideal location for cycling to Lucca and seeing Lucca by bicycle. We slept very well and it was very peaceful and quiet. Friendly cats too especially the blind cat.
