We booked for New Year's Eve for 19 people, and to our surprise, it had been rented to two other groups. Terrible management. If you're lucky enough to be the group that gets to stay, it might be fine, or maybe not, I'll never know. Because it felt like the owner had no control over the bookings, and 5 hours before New Year's Eve, those 19 of us had to go home, without accommodation and without being able to enjoy three days with friends we hadn't seen in ages. That can never be made up for.
A disastrous end to the year due to the owner's poor booking management. A group of 19 of us, including children, were left without a place to stay just hours before New Year's Eve because the reservation had been duplicated, despite having received two deposits for the same dates. With cars full of food and feeling utterly helpless, we each had to go home after organizing this gathering six months in advance.
We celebrated New Year's Eve at this country house and had a wonderful few days as a family. The house was immaculate, very clean, and meticulously maintained; it lacked absolutely nothing, neither in the kitchen nor in the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor space is very spacious and deserves special mention, although the cold weather prevented us from enjoying it as much as we would have liked. It's also an ideal setting for hiking and walks with children. The owner is a charming and very kind person. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to enjoy with your family.
An absolutely dreadful experience. We had booked the house for New Year's Eve well in advance, and upon arrival, we found it occupied by other people. No prior notice, no explanation, and no immediate solution. What happened is especially egregious considering it was New Year's Eve and we were traveling with children, at a time when finding an alternative is virtually impossible. They literally left us stranded, with minors in our care, creating a completely unnecessary situation of stress, uncertainty, and anxiety at a time that should have been a time of celebration. The lack of professionalism and respect for the customer is absolute. I do not recommend this house under any circumstances, as it offers no guarantee that the property will actually be available even if the reservation is confirmed, which is unacceptable when traveling during peak travel times with family.
A group of friends and their kids stayed here. It was fantastic; the house has everything you need: two spacious kitchens with all the necessary appliances, powerful heating, Wi-Fi, and more—everything you could want in a secluded, natural setting. Outside, there's a magnificent barbecue, a huge paella pan, a refrigerator, a ping-pong room, and a giant outdoor dining area where we could all eat comfortably even in the middle of winter. The road is in good condition, there's a swimming pool... everything was great! 👍
