Es en este paisaje donde se inscribe Farm Palazzina, un agriturismo que ha sabido conservar el alma de la granja acogiendo al mismo tiempo a grupos con una generosidad genuina.
Los apartamentos, distribuidos entre los edificios de la propiedad, han sido concebidos tanto para la vida colectiva como para la intimidad de las familias. Funcionales y cuidados, permiten alojar fácilmente a una veintena de personas — un formato poco frecuente que los grupos de amigos o las reuniones familiares aprecian de inmediato. Uno se instala, encuentra sus referencias, y muy pronto comprende que el lugar está hecho para sentirse como en casa.
El corazón de la vida en Farm Palazzina es la piscina. Hermosa, bien orientada, rodeada de vegetación, se convierte naturalmente en el punto de encuentro de las largas tardes toscanas. Los niños tienen su propio espacio de juegos, lo que permite a los adultos descansar bajo las sombrillas con una copa de vernaccia bien fresca. El propietario y su equipo lo vigilan todo con una disponibilidad sincera — siempre dispuestos a indicar un mercado de productores, una trattoria que no aparece en las aplicaciones, o un sendero de senderismo que lleva a panoramas secretos.
La Toscana interior se descubre aquí a un ritmo diferente. No el de los autobuses de turistas en Siena o en Florencia, sino el de una región que se toma su tiempo para desvelar sus sabores: el lardo de Colonnata, tan cercano, las castañas de otoño, los vinos de las Colline Lucchesi. Excursiones de una hora bastan para acceder a todo eso antes de volver a instalarse junto al agua.
Lo que los grupos se llevan de Farm Palazzina es menos una lista de visitas que la memoria física de una semana en la que nada corría — el sonido del agua en la piscina, la comida que se prolongó hasta el anochecer, y esa luz dorada que solo la Toscana sabe posar sobre las colinas al caer el día.

We had booked a stay at Agriturismo La Palazzina this summer. We had read the ratings as “very good” but ended up finding a room in such bad condition we ended up leaving the place with nowhere else to sleep. The host was kind to talk to, but showed no option to solve or compensate the booking.
Excellent property. The owner and his staff were always ready to accommodate our requests and offer valuable advice. The apartments were very clean and functional. The pool was beautiful. The property is surrounded by vast lawns and lush greenery. Our two dogs were welcomed and pampered. We highly recommend it.
Amazing place, nothing to complain about. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool and playground are lovely, and you can have a wonderful and enjoyable holiday. We went in a group of 20 people, both adults and children, and the spaces and opportunities to spend time were excellent. I highly recommend it :)
A multi-apartment complex, all spread across a property with a huge green space. Parking is easy, just 10 meters from the apartment. Tidy rooms, standard furnishings, so don't expect super-modern rooms. I think the price per night is average considering the location. A 5-minute drive to the center of Castelnuovo. €90 from Booking. No breakfast, but you can easily cook. A Conad supermarket is 3 minutes away. The nice thing about it is the excellent pool. Congratulations. There's also a stone ping-pong table 🏓. A small tip: 2 slightly newer rackets would be helpful. ☺️ You have to ask for a hairdryer at the front desk; it's not left in the bathroom. Have a great holiday.
This is the third time in four years that we've spent our family vacation at this beautiful farmhouse. The place is ideal for large families: there are seven of us, including our dog. Pets are welcome on the property. It's also ideal for groups of friends or solo vacations. Prices are affordable and popular. The choice was to keep the space and furnishings rustic, simple, without too much ostentation, fully in keeping with the spirit of the Garfagnana. This doesn't mean a lack of quality; quite the opposite. The place is well-maintained, clean, spacious, surrounded by greenery, with fantastic views. The accommodations are well-furnished, clean, and well-maintained. There are barbecue areas, a common room with Wi-Fi, and fruit trees. Furthermore, there's a wonderful swimming pool, the jewel in the crown of the estate, perfect for children, teenagers, and adults. Both the pool and the rooms (including bathrooms) are designed to be accessible to everyone with physical disabilities. Last but not least, the strong point of this agriturismo is the welcoming, carefree, and kind atmosphere that pervades the property. The staff (gardener, cleaner) are friendly and welcoming, as are Stefano (the owner), his wife, and his charming mother. Stefano is always available to make everyone feel at ease and conveys his passion and love for the Garfagnana region beautifully. He has vast knowledge of the area and is always ready with countless tips for exploring these places, so rich in culture, nature, and adventure, amidst villages, towns, and natural gems. This agriturismo is highly recommended for anyone and every occasion. We will definitely be returning for a fourth time.
