Agriturismo Poggio del Pero

For me and my family, Poggio del Pero was perfect. Beautiful agriturismo surrounded by olive orchards and a view over a valley. The place is perfectly kept with a large pool, mowed lawns, and clean rooms. The apartments offer everything you need and should you still miss something, it’s quickly sorted by the hosts. Our two year old twins particularly enjoys visiting the stable with horses and hen house, making this a perfect place for families. The host family is simply wonderful; warm, kind and generous, always with smiles on their faces. A short drive away, you’re quickly in the local village Panicale, on the top of a hill with spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, small winding streets, beautiful houses, and some nice restaurants and coffee shops. Staying at Poggio del Pero is warmly recommended to anyone who wants to get the best of Italy, without falling into various tourist traps. Also, it doesn’t harm that they have perhaps the best olive oil I’ve ever tasted.

Poggio del Pero is an enchanting location surrounded by nature with a fantastic view. We stayed at this farm as a gift for a friend of ours, and from the moment I contacted Raffaella and Selene, they demonstrated their professionalism. They assisted us with all our needs, organizing everything down to the smallest detail, and made it a fantastic day! The equestrian center is an oasis of happiness. Selene immediately made us feel at ease, conveying all the passion she puts into this work. The animals are well cared for, and the entire staff was truly kind and helpful, even though it was our first time experiencing this. After the horseback ride, we spent the rest of the day enjoying an excellent lunch prepared by Raffaella and relaxing in the farm's beautiful pool. Everything was impeccable. I highly recommend it; places like this aren't found very often. We'll be back soon to visit. The beauty of this place and the kindness of the whole family enchanted us.

L'agriturismo Poggio del Pero è un vero gioiello immerso nelle colline umbre. L'atmosfera è accogliente e rilassante, perfetta per chi cerca una fuga dalla routine quotidiana. Le camere sono confortevoli, ben arredate e pulitissime, con una vista mozzafiato sulla campagna circostante. I proprietari sono estremamente ospitali e disponibili, pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza degli ospiti con un sorriso. L'agriturismo offre anche diverse attività, come passeggiate a cavallo nella natura, visite ai vicini borghi storici e degustazioni di prodotti tipici, che permettono di immergersi completamente nell'autentica vita umbra. La piscina è un altro grande vantaggio, ideale per rilassarsi nelle calde giornate estive. In sintesi, Poggio del Pero è il luogo ideale per chi desidera una vacanza rigenerante in un ambiente suggestivo e familiare. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!
