Converted from a traditional agricultural building into a sleek high-tech loft, this 150 m² villa sits in the heart of the Oise countryside in Hauts-de-France, a few minutes from a village and easily reachable from Beauvais, Compiègne, and northern Île-de-France. The centrepiece is a private wellness area open year-round: an indoor covered pool heated to 32 °C with a counter-current swim jet, a jacuzzi, and a sauna, crowned by a rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a hammock overlooking peaceful fields. Inside, the entertainment line-up is hard to beat: professional karaoke, an arcade cabinet with thousands of games, billiards, table football, ping-pong, a punching bag, and an integrated sound system — indoor music is fully welcome. The atmosphere blends modern style with warmth, equally suited to a lively celebration or a restorative wellness retreat. The villa sleeps up to 21 guests across four distinct spaces: a main bedroom for 5 (1 single + 2 double beds), a flexible study room for 4 (2 double beds), an attic dormitory for 6 (1 double + 2 singles + 1 bunk bed), and a premium campervan parked on site for 6 (2 singles + 2 doubles). Key advantage: up to 30 people during the day for a birthday, seminar, or family gathering, with daytime guests departing by 10 pm. Two neighbouring gîtes on the same grounds can bring the total capacity up to 51 people.
