Nestled in the serene surroundings of Seine-et-Marne, this charming riverside retreat offers an authentic and spacious haven, accommodating up to 20 guests. Located near the gates of Île-de-France and close to Fontainebleau, Nemours, and Souppes-sur-Loing, it is the perfect escape, easily accessible from Paris. Within approximately 204 m² of inviting interiors, a grand 120 m² living room with a cozy fireplace serves as the heart of the home, ideal for gatherings, shared meals, and fireside chats. You’ll find four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and an open mezzanine providing additional space. Sleeping arrangements are flexible, featuring four double beds, five single beds, a sofa bed, and a crib for our youngest guests. Outside, the ambiance is equally inviting, with a furnished terrace, a private riverside dock complete with a boat, a courtyard featuring a pétanque court, and relaxation spaces outfitted with garden furniture and a barbecue.
