Set within 15 hectares of unspoiled Ardèche countryside, this beautifully restored Provençal farmhouse lies close to the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the iconic Pont d'Arc. Surrounded by lavender fields and olive groves, completely private with no neighbouring properties, it is the perfect base for family holidays, wellness retreats, or professional seminars. The house sleeps up to 14 guests across 6 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and separate WC. Shared living spaces are equally generous: a 38 m² dining room and a 35 m² climate-controlled veranda, both featuring a large table that seats the entire group together. The fully equipped kitchen — designed for large-group cooking — includes two refrigerators, a standalone freezer, a dishwasher, and an espresso machine. Outside, a private 42 m² pool (open May to September), a pool house, an outdoor shower, and a sweeping private garden invite long, lazy days in the sun. Billiards, pétanque, and table tennis provide plenty of entertainment. A dedicated meeting room is also available for professional stays. Two cots and two high chairs are provided for families with young children. Small dogs are welcome at no extra cost. Outdoor smoking is permitted. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are all included. Please note: this is a calm, restorative setting. Parties, music, and external guests are not permitted.
