Set in the countryside of Hauts-de-France, close to Lille, this warm cottage-style property welcomes up to 30 guests in a space designed for large gatherings. Nine bedrooms give everyone their own place to rest, while the double lounge, veranda, terrace and fully enclosed garden bring the whole group back together. The semi-professional kitchen — 3 fridges, 3 dishwashers, a large communal table — is built for cooking at scale. A reception hall seats up to 50 guests, ideal for wedding dinners, family reunions and milestone birthdays. Indoor music and dancing are welcome; a DJ or external sound system can be arranged on request. Outside, the enclosed 750 m² garden offers pétanque, table tennis, outdoor dining by the charcoal barbecue and a children's play area. Indoors, a games room, yoga and sports space, sauna and a dedicated meeting room make this property equally suited to seminars and wellness retreats as to festive celebrations. Practical details: fibre Wi-Fi throughout, parking for up to 30 cars, an electric vehicle charging point, a PMR-accessible bathroom, linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning included, personalised welcome on arrival, on-site catering available. Smokers are welcome outside. Pets are not permitted.
