Nestled in the heart of an organic vineyard in the Cabardès AOP wine region, this exceptional property occupies the former estate manager's house of an 18th-century wine domain, fully restored while preserving every trace of its historical character. Exposed beams, a period staircase, a working fireplace and a charming alcove give the 150 m² interior a warm, authentic atmosphere — a perfect backdrop for family holidays, group reunions, seminars or even a wedding. The house sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 rooms: one double room (140×190 cm bed), three twin rooms (each with two 90×200 cm beds) and a sofa bed. The generous double living area flows into a fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, electric hob, microwave…), a bathroom, a shower room and two separate WCs. Outside, a private terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue awaits. Shared with fellow guests on the estate: two outdoor pools set among the vines (one with a pool house, sun loungers and parasols, open in summer) and a children's play area. For events and gatherings, a 135 m² reception hall with a full catering kitchen is available as an add-on. The estate brings together 8 independent gîtes sleeping up to 65 guests in total — ideal for large groups wanting to stay together in the Occitan countryside.
