Nestled in the heart of an organic vineyard in Occitanie, close to Carcassonne in the Aude department, this single-storey gîte is set within a beautifully restored 18th-century farmhouse that blends authentic character with modern comfort. Spanning 200 m², the property sleeps up to 10 guests across four twin rooms: three rooms with two single beds each, and a fourth featuring two single beds plus a double sofa bed — a flexible layout well-suited to families and groups of friends alike. Three shower rooms and three separate WCs ensure everyone has plenty of space. The bright open-plan living area connects the lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, electric hob, washing machine, dryer…). Doors open onto a private terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, where you can dine outside while taking in sweeping views of the vines and the Pyrenees. The gîte is part of an 18th-century wine estate bringing together several independent cottages. Shared amenities include two outdoor pools (unheated, unsupervised, open in summer, with pool house, sun loungers and parasols) and a children's playground with swings, a slide and table tennis. A fully equipped function room for seminars and group events is available at extra cost. Birthdays, family reunions, seminars and celebrations are all welcome here. Indoor music and dancing are permitted. Smokers may use the outdoor areas. Babies and toddlers are very welcome (travel cot available). Pets and outdoor music are not permitted.
