CasaGiga 3648 (Dordogne)

Nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir, in the Dordogne department of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, this fully restored traditional farmhouse is an exceptional setting for group retreats close to Sarlat — family reunions, weddings, birthday celebrations, and corporate seminars alike. Two adjoining yet independent gîtes sleep up to 33 guests across 14 bedrooms: 10 rooms with a double bed (160 cm), including a 28 m² studio with a double bed and sofa bed, 2 twin-bedded rooms, and 2 rooms with a double and an extra single bed. The main gîte sleeps up to 26, the second up to 12 — each group enjoys its own private space while coming together for shared meals and celebrations. For daytime events, the property can welcome up to 45 guests, making it an outstanding choice for weddings, milestone birthdays, and seminars. A beautifully restored barn houses a rustic reception hall of 60 m² with seating for 40 (open April to October). Combined with the living areas of both gîtes, there are 150 m² of event space at your disposal. Dancing evenings are very welcome; a DJ or sound system can be arranged on prior agreement. On-site home-cooked catering is available on request. Outside, two private heated pools (25 °C, April to September), a large games area, pétanque, table tennis, terraces, and barbecues invite relaxation. Pets are welcome (surcharge applies), four baby cots are available, and an EV charging point is on site. A village and shops are just minutes away; note that access is via an unpaved track.
