This is a wonderful house with a wonderful host, Beatriz. Lovingly restored, with plenty of room and light, the house is perfect for a group of friends or family (as were we). All the rooms are ensuite and there is wifi throughout. The beautiful town is well worth visiting and the plaza is a great place to hang out. If you get a chance, definitely go to the world famous theatre - this is where Shakespeare would have set up home if he'd ever come to Spain. It is an experience that you will never forget.
Perfect country house, we'll definitely return to see the beautiful village. The owner is incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. Thank you for everything. We'll be back if we're ever in the area.
The house had every detail thought of, it was very comfortable, spacious and clean, and the manager treated us wonderfully, making sure we were comfortable.
The country house is excellent: spacious, bright, very clean, and welcoming. It has four large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchenware is complete and in perfect condition. The owner is very friendly and attentive; she gave us excellent recommendations on what to see in Almagro and the surrounding area.
Our whole family celebrated Christmas together. There's ample space for it, yet it feels cozy. The bedrooms are fantastic, each with its own bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped, with plenty of breakfast options. The owners are very friendly and make you feel right at home. We'll definitely be back. December 21, 2025. For two days, we once again enjoyed a wonderful stay at Casa Rural Hidalga in Almagro with our whole family. The house is perfectly equipped: it has four double bedrooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning/heating units in each, making it very comfortable any time of year. The common areas—a shared living room and kitchen with a pellet stove—invite you to gather and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and the warm and friendly service of the hosts make you feel at home from the very first moment. Its location is ideal for exploring the charm of Almagro and its surroundings. A perfect option for families or groups of friends looking for comfort, tranquility, and charming accommodation. We'll definitely be back!
