This beautifully restored stone farmhouse — once a traditional sheepfold — spreads across 300 m² on two levels in Saint-André-d'Embrun, with sweeping views over the Serre-Ponçon lake and the Écrins massif. Ski resorts are just a short drive away, making it a year-round destination in the heart of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. The property sleeps up to 23 guests across 8 bedrooms and 3 lounge areas used as additional sleeping spaces. Bedrooms include 4 rooms with queen-size double beds and 4 rooms with two single beds — a versatile layout that works perfectly for groups mixing couples and families. Each of the three lounges has a sofa bed; one also has an extra floor mattress. The centrepiece of the home is a stunning 100 m² vaulted living area where a fully equipped kitchen with central island, dining room and lounge flow together seamlessly — generous enough for all 23 guests to gather in comfort. Outside, 2,000 m² of enclosed, tree-lined garden offer a barbecue, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a trampoline, a children's play area and exterior lighting. Music is permitted indoors and outdoors until 10 pm. Pets are welcome, and smokers may use the garden.
