Set in the rolling Breton countryside near Brest, this characterful granite farmhouse in Landudec, southern Finistère, is a semi-rural retreat built for groups who want space, authenticity and the real flavour of Brittany. The property is reached via an unpaved track, with shops just a few minutes away by car. It sleeps up to 13 guests across 6 bedrooms — 17 beds in total: two large rooms each with two king-size beds (4 per room), one double room, one queen room, and two smaller rooms with 2 and 3 single beds respectively. For daytime events — birthdays, family reunions, seminars, team-building days or weddings — the venue can welcome up to 25 guests, making it a standout choice for large celebrations. Inside, a double living room, a conservatory and a semi-professional kitchen designed for generous group meals (18 seats at the table, crockery for 20, two fridges, dishwasher) are complemented by 5 separate WCs. One room alone can bring the entire group together around a single long table. Outside, over 3,000 m² of grounds feature a sun terrace, pergola, charcoal barbecue, sun loungers and a fire pit.
