CasaGiga 251 (Côtes-d'Armor)

Nestled in the Breton countryside of Côtes-d'Armor, close to Rennes, this spacious rural cottage is an ideal setting for large group getaways. Just a few minutes' drive from a village and local shops, it pairs authentic regional character with every modern comfort. The property sleeps up to 31 guests across 11 bedrooms (linen and towels included): 4 rooms for 2 guests, 5 rooms for 3 guests, and 2 rooms for 4 guests, with a mix of king, queen, and single beds. Eight bathrooms and nine separate toilets keep the whole group comfortable. The heated outdoor pool (48 m², 26 °C, open April to October) and a hot tub are highlights for relaxation. The private grounds, over 3,000 m², are packed with activities: billiards, table football, table tennis, pétanque, a trampoline, a children's play area, a charcoal barbecue, and a sun terrace with loungers. The fully equipped kitchen — three fridges, ovens, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a beer tap — handles group catering with ease. A large communal room seats the entire group around one table, and a meeting room is available for seminars or team-building sessions. Evenings are best spent indoors by the fireplace; indoor music and dancing are welcome. Pets are accepted (supplement applies), and there is an outdoor smoking area. Please note that outdoor music and outdoor parties are not permitted; outdoor noise must stop by 10 pm. Perfect for weddings, family celebrations, reunions, seminars, and wellness retreats.
