CasaGiga 146 (Loire-Atlantique)

Tucked away in the lush countryside of Loire-Atlantique, minutes from local shops and within easy reach of Nantes, this château-style property is a stunning setting for memorable group stays. Set within a private 10,000 m² estate with forest views, it combines peace, seclusion, and generous space in equal measure. The property sleeps up to 20 guests across 9 rooms: 6 rooms with double beds (2 guests each), 1 single-bed room (1 guest), and 2 rooms with 3 single beds (3 guests each). A standout feature for events — weddings, birthday parties, seminars, family reunions — the estate can host up to 40 guests during the day across its full grounds. Outside, a heated private pool (78 m², minimum 25°C from May to September), pool house, sun terrace, loungers, and an outdoor dining area set the scene for relaxed al fresco living. The expansive private garden features pétanque, table tennis, a children's play area, kayaks, paddle boards, and a tennis/badminton court. Indoors, two living rooms — one with a fireplace — a semi-professional kitchen built for large-scale meals, a games room, a meeting and seminar space, and a grand table seating the whole group make this as practical as it is beautiful. Fibre Wi-Fi throughout. Indoor and outdoor music permitted; external DJ or sound system available on request. No pets allowed. End-of-stay cleaning, linen, and towels included; on-site catering available; personalised welcome on arrival.
