Set in the heart of the Vendée bocage, this handsome stone manor — fully eco-renovated in 2025 — welcomes groups of up to 19 guests in a natural, entirely private setting. The property spans 9 hectares of meadows crossed by a stream, with an ancient water mill as a backdrop and no overlooking neighbours in sight. The centrepiece of the main house is an expansive 80 m² living area: a fully equipped open kitchen, a large dining table, a panoramic sofa gathered around a wood-burning stove, and a striking exposed-stone wall that sets the tone for the whole stay. The south-facing 65 m² terrace, shaded by a reed-covered pergola and fitted with a large table and BBQ/plancha, flows naturally down into the orchard garden. The main house offers 7 bedrooms across 3 floors for up to 15 guests: 6 twin-bed double rooms and one large triple room that doubles as a games room. Three bedrooms have private en-suite shower rooms; the other four share two shower rooms and two separate WCs. A communicating annex adds one further bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed, bringing total capacity to 19. Indoor music and dancing evenings are welcome. Pets and outside guests are not permitted.
