CasaGiga 111 (Vendée)

Set in the heart of the Vendée bocage countryside, this handsome stone farmhouse — fully eco-renovated in 2025 — makes for an exceptional group retreat. The 9-hectare estate of meadows and streams, home to a charming old water mill, offers complete seclusion and a genuine escape from everyday life. The main house revolves around a generous 80 m² open-plan living space: a fully fitted kitchen, a large dining table, and a lounge corner with a panoramic sofa and wood-burning stove. Directly off it lies a 65 m² south-facing terrace, shaded by a pergola canopy and equipped with a barbecue, plancha, and a large outdoor dining table. An orchard garden adjoins. The main house sleeps up to 15 guests in 7 bedrooms over 3 floors: 6 double rooms with convertible twin beds and 1 larger triple room. Three bedrooms have their own en-suite shower room; the other four share two shower rooms and two separate WCs. A communicating second cottage, available as an add-on, brings the total to 19 guests with 1 en-suite bedroom and a living-kitchen area with a comfortable sofa bed — 8 bedrooms in all. The property suits family holidays, seminars, and celebrations alike: semi-professional kitchen, superfast fibre Wi-Fi, EV charging point, and bike storage. Indoor and outdoor music and dancing are fully permitted. Small dogs welcome (supplement applies). Baby equipment is on hand. Shops are just a few minutes away by car.
