The best things are: very nice swimming pool and is near to the sea but is very old, shower are so little that if you need to shave legs you must open shover, water Is salty so you don't feel so clean After shower, rooms are very litlle and is so hot there that impossible to sleep without sweating. Another thing important to say is not for you if you have problems with legs or if you are old, everywhere are stairs, to go to swimming pool you must go so high and car put you ONLY on the beach and everywhere you go are stairs and stairs is crazy. So this village Is for you if your are young, healthy and don't care to much where you sleep, important for you Is that Is near to Sea and swimming pool Is nice(the best things in this object).

My second stay with the Mascia family. The village has very cool cabins nestled in the pine forest, very close to the sea and the Lido La Malva, the exotic corner of Cala Molinella. The on-site restaurant offers pizzerias and excellent cuisine. The swimming pool with its panoramic view is top-notch. The owners are welcoming and helpful. If I were to return, I would definitely say yes. Greetings to Lucrezia, her father, and the entire family.

Reading the other reviews, I don't understand how the majority speak highly of Villaggio Mascia. There are many negatives and few positives. The highlight of the property is the pool, which is very well-kept and clean. Another positive is the location. Just a few steps away is the free beach (the resort doesn't have its own beach, otherwise there's a fully equipped and clean lido you have to pay for separately). If we want to talk about the negatives, the first thing is the lack of cleanliness. The previous family paid €70 for final cleaning for a simple sweep. Dirt everywhere: windows, mosquito nets, even bird droppings. The cabins are so small and low that if you raise your arm, you'll touch the ceiling. The television is tiny (still with the decoder) and only in the kitchen. They say there is no Wi-Fi and not even a shade. The air conditioning is paid for separately but in truth it is not necessary because it is cool. But the thing that disgusts me most is that brackish sea water comes out of the tap. And when you arrive they also tell you that the water is not drinkable and that there is a separate tap with drinking water (from which I filled 4 pots of brown water and then gave up) basically I cooked and washed the vegetables with bottled water I bought. We even brush our teeth with bottled water because it is too disgusting. The entertainment staff are good guys and even the shuttle is functional. Another thing, they gave us the first house. I practically heard the guests of the village coming and going every night, but above all the garbage truck that passes 3 times during the night and wakes you up with those deafening noises. There is practically no rest.
