We were a group of ten people, stayed here for a week. The house is very clean, and every room has its private bathroom which was great. There's a small soccer field outside as well as fusbal and ping pong. Communication with the owner Paolo was very easy, he sent us detailed instructions with videos of how to get there and check-in. Also, he responded quickly every time we asked a question. The house is about 10 minute drive to Santa Maria degli Angeli and about the same to Assisi.
