Villa Charline

Villa Charline is a characterful cottage established in Issel, a rural village in the Lauragais area of the Occitanie region, offering a peaceful and generous setting ideal for large group stays.

Designed to accommodate up to 30 guests, the villa spreads its 10 bedrooms across a generous space conceived for communal living. The shared areas provide ample room for guests to gather comfortably, whether for meals, relaxing, or shared evening activities. This hosting capacity makes it a particularly well-suited address for large family reunions, birthday celebrations, bachelor or bachelorette parties, residential seminars, or any other gathering where sleeping arrangements should not be a logistical hurdle.

The accommodation features a comprehensive set of amenities designed for a group's comfort over several days. Outside, a swimming pool and a hot tub allow guests to make the most of the region's characteristically sunny days, while a barbecue area invites convivial outdoor meals. Inside, air conditioning ensures a pleasant stay during the hot summers of the South-West, and a fireplace creates a warm atmosphere for off-season visits. In the kitchen, a dishwasher and washing machine ease the day-to-day logistics. Wi-Fi covers the entire property, and games are available to keep guests entertained during downtime.

Issel is a village in the Aude department nestled between Castelnaudary and Carcassonne, set in a landscape of gentle hills and sweeping agricultural plains typical of the Lauragais. The Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, runs through the region and offers wonderful opportunities for walks or cycle rides along its shaded towpaths. History enthusiasts can reach Carcassonne and its famous medieval citadel in under an hour. Castelnaudary, just a few minutes away, offers shops, weekly markets and restaurants, several of which specialise in cassoulet. Toulouse is accessible in under an hour for those wishing to enjoy the cultural and urban offerings of the regional capital.
