Roses des Sables

Roses des Sables is a cottage located in La Jarrie, in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, near La Rochelle and the Charente marshlands. It accommodates up to 32 people across 2 bedrooms, making it a suitable space for large family gatherings or groups looking for a venue that combines meeting space with on-site accommodation. The interior layout prioritizes expansive communal areas to encourage a shared living experience.

The cottage has a pool accessible from outside, usable depending on seasonal conditions. A barbecue area allows for outdoor dining. The private parking lot offers several spaces directly on the property, eliminating the need for street parking. A washing machine is available on site, practical for extended stays or groups generating a high volume of laundry.

Wi-Fi coverage extends throughout the entire property. A games area has been set up for both children and adults, with equipment available on site — an asset for group weekends without organized outings.

La Jarrie is located about twelve miles from La Rochelle and within reasonable distance of the beaches on the Île de Ré, accessible via the bridge. The immediate surroundings combine farmland and wetlands typical of the Charente coastline. The cottage serves as a practical logistical base for exploring the Atlantic coast while enjoying the tranquility of a sparsely populated rural setting.
