Pressoir de Lislebec
About
Nestled in the heart of the Norman bocage, Le Pressoir de Lislebec is a cottage located in Saint-Sylvestre-de-Cormeilles, in Normandy, close to the coast. It accommodates up to 19 people across 7 bedrooms, a capacity that places it among the accommodations suited to large family groups and multi-generational celebrations.
The property takes its name from an old cider press, an architectural feature characteristic of Norman heritage, preserved on the grounds. The land is wooded and spacious, allowing children to play outside safely. Indoors, a shared living room, a large dining room, and several bathrooms distributed throughout the house ensure functional comfort for large-group stays.
In terms of amenities, the cottage features an outdoor hot tub, a barbecue, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi coverage extends across the entire property.
The immediate surroundings are peaceful, with little outside noise, typical of the Norman bocage landscape. The Normandy coast is accessible by car for day trips. The owner, Baptiste, provides responsive support and offers flexibility on check-in and check-out times, which simplifies logistics for large groups.
This cottage is regularly chosen for special occasions — birthdays, multi-generational gatherings — and has built a loyal following of guests who return year after year, a testament to reliable management and spaces well suited to large collective stays.

We had a wonderful family time celebrating my sister-in-law's 50th birthday. A weekend in the countryside, not far from the sea, allowed us to recharge and enjoy quality time together. The cottage is very well-equipped and functional. I highly recommend it!

We've been renting this cottage every year for almost 10 years, and everything always goes perfectly. The owner, Baptiste, is very accommodating, especially regarding arrival and departure times, and has never given us the slightest problem. The amenities improve year after year: each new arrival is a pleasant surprise, with new equipment or welcome improvements (trampoline, soccer goals, pétanque court, etc.). The large grounds in front of the cottage are a real bonus, especially for playing games with children. I highly recommend this cottage for groups of friends, family reunions, or large families who want to have a wonderful time in a friendly setting.

A very large and practical cottage, well located, very quiet, and where children can safely enjoy the large grounds. Plenty of sleeping space, a large living area, and several bathrooms are all very welcome features. Responsive owner. We will be back.

Avoid at all costs. For over four years, reviews have been mentioning the questionable cleanliness... and rightly so. In addition to: a trampoline with a hole, a torn safety net, toilets and showers that clog, no parasols, questionable bedding quality, a bedroom door that doesn't close, and a room without a window! Not to mention the threat of withholding the deposit because of a negative review. I'm speechless. It's a shame, given the potential of this place.
